Screening for Refined Food Addiction

The Refined Food Addiction Questionnaire has seven questions that describe loss of control over food choices.

      The seven questions pertain to

  1. needing to eat more food over time to achieve a particular feeling,
  2. eating food to alleviate distress or a low feeling,
  3. eating more than intended,
  4. trying to cut back on the amount of food eaten,
  5. spending time eating and recovering,
  6. missing events because of food use, and
  7. eating foods in spite of knowledge of negative consequences

Answering yes to three or more of these questions indicates that a person might benefit from following an        unrefined food plan.

In the very near future, the complete survey will be available to take on-line.  Please check back to take the full survey.
